Adults Sparring in Karate
Learn Hapkido, the Korean art of self-defense, in a fun, friendly, non-competitive environment.  Students will learn how to off-balance a bigger opponent, redirect the energy of an aggressor and use the body as a dynamic weapon. 

This program is in its 28th year with YCS. Classes are taught by Master Sheryl Glidden, certified 7th degree black belt Hapkido master and direct student of Grand Master Lim, Hyun Soo, President of Jungki Kwan Hapkido & Kuhapdo Assoc. in Daegu City, South Korea.
