Sidewalk Runners
Children grades 1 - 6 who enjoy running will thrive in this program which includes warm-ups, stretches and lots of games.  This program emphasizes running technique, healthy nutrition and personal goal setting.  There will be two groups of Ramblers this season, a group that practices Monday and a group that practices on Tuesdays. Cross country meets with other community teams are on Wednesdays.  Volunteer assistant coaches needed!

Days: Practices on Mondays or Tuesdays & meets on Wednesdays
Dates: 4/24 - 6/5 (skip 5/29)
Time: Mondays or Tuesdays: 3:30 to 4:30 PM
Wednesdays: 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm*
Grades: 1-6
Location: Meet at Rowe School
Fee: $75

Practice and home meets at Royal River Park. Away meets are at local area towns. Parents are responsible for transportation to and from away meets.  Meets typically start at 4:00 pm.
