Adult Yoga

Adult yoga class.
Relax with balancing, strengthening and fun in this moderately paced yoga class.  Learn warm-ups and movements from other modalities with breathing techniques and classic yoga postures standing, lying on the floor and sitting.  Learn modifications to suit your individual needs.  All levels are welcome, but general health and comfort of movement from the floor to standing is important.  Please bring a cushion, floor mat and blanket.
