Come learn how to combine the classic flavors of Chinese cooking and fresh seafood with Stonewall Kitchen Cooking School instructor Chris Toy. We'll make and taste lobster wonton soup, shrimp egg rolls, and scallop stir fry with oyster sauce over smokey steamed jasmine rice. DO NOT eat before class!
