Foliage Ramble and Wokking

Join Chris for a foliage ramble in the Maine woods to Bradbury Mountain State Park where we will be greeted by a park ranger who will give us a guided tour including the park’s history of flora and fauna during our hike.  We’ll enjoy the great outdoors, one another’s company and an outdoor cooking lesson together at the summit.  Be sure to wear appropriate clothing for the weather, closed toed walking shoes (no sandals).  It is recommended that participants bring a daypack, at least one liter of water, trail snacks, raincoat (if rain is forecasted) and trekking poles.  Food and health forms will be required and sent to participants in advance of our trip.
