Improve your physical and mental well-being with Tai Chi for Health and Balance. Tai Chi for Health and Balance combines agile steps, joint-safe exercise and mental strength to improve mobility, breathing and relaxation in ways that help you feel greater control over your daily life. Classes meet one hour twice a week for 11 weeks (22 classes). Yarmouth Residents receive priority registration until 4/2/19.

Time: 9:00am - 10:00am
Location: Yarmouth History Center
Fee: $50 for Yarmouth Residents, $110 for Non-Res.
