This youth field hockey league teaches the fundamentals of the game of field hockey. During the program players progress from stick skill development to basic defense, team offense and positioning on the field. Practices are on Wednesdays after school on the Winslow Field. Skill development clinics are on Saturday mornings on the Turf with the High School coaches and players. Games and scrimmages are held on a few Sunday mornings. This is a great opportunity to continue to develop or try a new sport while improving skills and having fun in a team sport environment! Shin guards, sticks, eye protection and mouth guards are required. Sticks are available upon request. Volunteer coaches are needed.
