Join us for Broomball at the Blake Skating Pond! Broomball is similar to hockey, though players use sneakers instead of skates, special sticks called “brooms” and a ball rather than a puck. Brooms and broomballs will be provided. Each week, players will be broken up into teams for games under the supervision of YCS staff.
Each player should come prepared with sneakers, a helmet that covers the back of the head, and weather appropriate clothing.
Optional gear includes hockey gloves and other protective equipment.
