Soccer Ball In The Grass Covered By Rain
Our Grades 1–2 Youth Recreation Soccer League is designed to introduce young players to the basics of soccer in a fun, supportive, and active environment.
This soccer program focuses on developing fundamental skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork through age-appropriate drills and small-sided games.

The league runs for 6 weeks and includes one weekday evening practice and one Saturday morning game each week. Games are non-competitive and emphasize participation, effort, and sportsmanship over winning. Coaches are parent volunteers who create a positive, encouraging atmosphere where every child gets a chance to play and learn.

Whether your child is brand new to soccer or continuing to develop their skills, this program is a great way to build confidence, stay active, and have fun with friends.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE is AUGUST 15th, No exceptions.
If you need to request a specific practice day, please email kthebarge@yarmouth.me.us We do not guarantee the accommodation but we will try our best to make it work. Request deadline is August 15th. 

Each player will need to bring their own size 4 soccer ball to each practice.  If you need a ball, email Katriana Thebarge at kthebarge@yarmouth.me.us and we'll be happy to provide one.

Practice Dates:Weeknight, August 25th - October 10th
Game Dates: Saturdays, Sept. 6 - Oct. 4 (game times can be anywhere from 9am - 1pm)
