Gentle Yoga in Royal River Park with Tori
Start your summer Mondays with a full body stretch and a breath of fresh air. 
Deep stretches will lead to a gentle flow of poses, including strengthening, balancing and simple twists. Poses are linked to the breath and will be done standing, seated and reclining. Longer held poses at the end of class will offer a deeper stretch for the soft tissue and fascia as well. The experienced instructor can help you alter individual poses to make them safe and effective for you. 
 
Dress comfortably for movement (stretchy, comfortable pants or shorts, t-shirt or comfortable top).
Bring: Mat, 2 blocks, if you have them. Canvas tarps for the lawn beneath our mats will be provided. We will find shade.
Class is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience, including none at all. 
 
Location: Royal River Park. Meet at the parking lot on East Elm Street. Rainy days: Meet at 20 Mill Street Community Center
Mondays 9-10 am 
6-week summer series: July 10, 17, 24, 31, August 7, 14
$75 per person
Minimum 10, Max 30 students.
Age 14 and older.
