YES Fitness Fun
Students participating in Fitness Fun can expect to have many opportunities to explore movement through a variety of play. The first part of our class participants can eat a quick snack and have the ability to unwind the school day playing freely with others. Then there is a series of structured activities that focus on teamwork and movement for movement's sake. This class is for everyone and the instructors make it a high  priority that the atmosphere of the class is safe, cooperative, and energizing!
