Location: YES & HMS Gyms
Days: Tuesday & Thursday 7:00 - 9:00 pm
          Saturday 6:30 - 8:00 am
          Sunday 7:00 - 10:00 am
          
Ages: 18 and up


Please note: Time and location are subject to change due to weather, school schedules, or other conflicts.  Please register to ensure your name is on our roster for notifications. Midweek may change to 8:30 PM during the school basketball season.
