Power Pilates

Power Pilates is a comprehensive strength training class with a focus on core, postural, stabilizing muscles; namely abdominals, pelvis and back.  This is an excellent class for the beginner but also the advanced individual as Amy provides a variety of modifications.  Designed to improve posture, flexibility and strength, Power Pilates uses hand weights,bands and balls to isolate muscle groups.
