Experience the gifts found in simple mindfulness and meditation practices. Whether during day to day activities or intentional time carved out of your life, mindfulness offers a soothing balm for the busy, distracted mind. See how simple practices may better manage stress and anxiety.

Instructor: Jen Deraspe, founder of Nurture Through Nature Retreat Center in Denmark, Maine, is certified in Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, Yoga, Qi Gong and The Work of Byron Katie. Her graduate and undergraduate degrees are in sports medicine/health science. Jen has taught at the community and collegiate levels. She has been sharing tools in the healing arts since 1999.
