Youth Basketball Program
Our Youth Basketball Program is designed to promote skill development, teamwork, and a love for the game in a fun and supportive environment. Open to kids grades 1-6, the program focuses on teaching fundamental basketball skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense through structured practices and age-appropriate games. Participants will build confidence, improve physical fitness, and learn the value of sportsmanship and collaboration. All skill levels are welcome!

Grades 1 & 2
Gear up for winter basketball with Saturday morning hoops! Emphasis is on skills, drills, having fun and learning the game. Participants will receive a program t-shirt to keep.*Registration deadline November 16th, No exceptions*
Dates: Saturdays, December 6th – February 7th (Skip 12/20 & 12/27)
Times: Typically, between 9:00am-1:00pm
Grades: 1 - 2
Location: YES School Gym
Fee: $70
Grades 3 & 4 Basketball
Get a jump start on basketball with this YCS basketball program focused on skill development. Each team will have one weeknight practice and Saturday games against Yarmouth and RSU5 teams. Games will be in the Rowe School Gym and RSU5 gyms. Participants will receive a program shirt to keep.*Registration deadline November 1st, No exceptions*
Dates: December 1st – February 8th (No Games 12/22-1/2)
Time: Games are on Saturdays between 9:00am-1:00pm
Grades: 3-4
Location: ROWE Gym
Fee: $90
Grades 5 & 6 Basketball
5th & 6th grade basketball will focus on skill development and fundamentals in this in-house league. Each team will have one practice and one game on Weeknights only. A placement clinic will be scheduled before the start of the season to split players up into balanced teams. Exact schedule will be dependent on registration numbers and coaches availability. Games will primarily be in-house but as the season progresses, we may have games against other towns if schedules allow.Participants will receive a program jersey to keep.*Registration deadline November 1st, No exceptions*
Dates: December 1st – February 8th (No Games 12/22-1/2)

Fee: $100
Boys Placement Clinic Date: November 20th
Girls Placement Clinic Date: November 18th
Practice Days: Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesdays
Game Days: Thursdays or Fridays (Teams alternate game days each week)
