Girls Ultimate Frisbee • Register • View Cart •

This session of indoor ultimate is designed for girls who have played ultimate as well as those who are new to the game. Coach Shea Gunther will help players improve their understand of the rules, their throws and catches, and other ultimate-related skills. Each practice will start with warm-up throws, followed by a skills drill, and then the girls will be split up into teams to play ultimate.
