Building and playing with Lego bricks help children develop cognitive skills and learn concepts like size and shape, quantity, order and pattern.
Structural building with Legos stimulates critical thinking and encourages creative problem solving.
After reading a short story related to the build of the week, students will complete a step by step build of that object followed by free building time with a huge assortment of Lego bricks!

Brick by Brick Maine: Lego Deep Space Exploration!
Join us for this 6 week class as we explore the far corners of the universe! Weekly builds may include an alien and her friend, a space shuttle and/or a creepy robot. After reading a short story related to the build of the week, students will compete a step by step, build of that object followed by free building time with a huge assortment of Lego bricks!
Lego Woodland Creatures
Join us for this 7 week class as we build the creatures of the Maine forests! Weekly builds may include a hairy hedgehog, a cunning fox or a regal eagle. After reading a short story related to the build of the week, students will compete a step by step, build of that object followed by free building time with a huge assortment of Lego bricks!
Brick By Brick Maine: Lego Winter Fun
Join us for this 5 week class as we build fun Winter items. Weekly builds may include a snowmobile, plow truck and an ice dragon! After reading a short story related to the build of the week, students will compete a step by step, build of that object followed by free building time with a huge assortment of Lego bricks!
Brick By Brick Maine: Lego 3 in 1!
Join us for this fun 7 week session where we build and rebuild our creations (up to three times)!? Weekly builds may include a pug, a parrot and a chameleon. Class begins with a short lesson specific to the theme, followed by students creating their own Lego build of the week. Once complete, students can free build with a huge assortment of Lego bricks!
Brick By Brick Maine: Lego Zoo Animals!
Join us for this fun 5 week session where we visit animals at the zoo! Weekly builds may include a polar bear, an eagle and a shark! Class begins with a short lesson specific to the theme, followed by students creating their own Lego build of the week. Once complete, students can free build with a huge assortment of Lego bricks!
