Holistic Approaches to Stress Management for Women

This program will provide practical, simple and light-hearted opportunities to better manage stress.  Coping strategies are enhanced with greater self-awareness, mindfulness and healing arts practices. This program will offer a progression of tools to reduce stress and enhance peace, vitality and ease no matter the circumstances.
