Through discovery style learning and inquiry based dialogue, children are engaged in exciting STEM projects that encourage them to explore the many wonders of science.
This year there will be separate programs at the Rowe School (K-1) and YES (2-5). Please notice the grade range when registering your child.

Calling all detectives for this fun exploration of forensic science! We will investigate crime scene, test mystery powders, get a closeup on teeth prints and fingerprints, learn about different tools used to analyze a crime and so much more!

It's a creepy crawly world! Explore bug homes, glowing fireflies, and beautiful butterflies. Glow like a jellyfish, scare a squid, and act like an octopus!

Discover how yummy science can be by making lemonade, gummies, and homemade ice cream while exploring the properties of matter. Dive into chemistry with colorful mixtures and Oobleck, learn about water's unique properties, and create a layered density bottle for hands-on fun!

Chem Fun
Dive into the world of science with hands-on activities like creating bubbles, rainbows, and building bubble cities, while exploring water properties, molecular interactions, and gas. Learn about pH and chromatography, and make your own special slime in our interactive lab!
