Tea Time, Me Time - A Micro Retreat
If we're relying on our reserves to sustain us, eventually our inner well will run dry, and when we reach this place, it takes an awful lot to return to a state of balance. Do you feel guilty for putting yourself first? Do you question whether you have enough time for self care?
Self care doesn’t have to be complicated, nor does it have to involve splurging on an expensive vacation or spa day. It could simply be a few minutes connecting with Nature or spending a little extra time to slowly drink a cup of tea.
Join Lisa Estabrook at the Soulflower Sanctuary for a micro-retreat where we will do both of these things. Together we will prioritize our energetic and spiritual wellbeing—invite in the Soulflowers, enjoy a delicious cup of herbal tea and experience a simple tea meditation practice for deep restoration before returning to our everyday lives. Please bring a journal and your wise, curious and loving heart.
In addition to the class time, the Sanctuary will remain open until noon for participants to spend some quiet time resting or exploring the gardens on their own. Refreshments included in cost of program.
