Garden Explorer Camp - Session 1 Make friends with ladybugs, grow your own salad fixings and pick fresh berries and flowers in our organic Children’s Garden. Garden Explorer Camp takes children on the journey from farm to table. Each week, we’ll plant, harvest and taste what we’ve grown, with garden-themed stories, crafts and active games mixed in. Special guests will join us throughout the season to teach us about the natural world. Please send campers with a snack, drink and clothes that can handle a little dirt. Pre-apply sunblock and bug spray before camp. For more information please visit our website yarmouthcommunitygarden.com and click on “FAQs" or call Camp Instructor Callie McMaster email: mcmastercallie@gmail.com Session one is designed with early childhood in mind, offering a gentle introduction to camp and the garden experience through simple, hands-on activities and exploration Prek-1st. Session two is more suited to elementary-aged children, with a focus on deeper learning and more complex tasks. However, students of any age are welcome to join either session! If you have siblings or scheduling conflicts, don’t worry—everyone will still be able to enjoy the camp, as we tailor activities to accommodate different ages and interests. All campers will have a blast while discovering the wonders of gardening and nature!Instructor: Callie McmasterDates: Thursdays, July 10- August 21Day:ThursdaysTimes: 8:30am - 10:00amAges: 4 - 10 Fee: $100CLICK HERE FOR REQUIRED CAMP FORMS
