Art of Watercolor Level 2 - Art of Watercolor Level 2 - (Session 3) *This course is designed for students that have already taken a course with instructor Stephanie Berry.*In this watercolor course, we will have the chance to dive deeper into more complex topics. These include complex color studies, tryptic artworks, reflective observational studies, as well as watercolor paintings that have more layers to them. Each week a new “watercolor challenge” will be posted, and students will be encouraged to work outside of class to further skills taught in class. Yoga & Breath with Tori Norton - Yoga & Breath with Tori Norton This Gentle Yoga class is great for all levels of yoga experience, including none at all. The poses build strength, flexibility while the breath work balances your nervous system and clears the head. Standing, seated and reclining poses are described clearly and demonstrated. Deep stretches lead to a gentle flow of poses, including balancing and simple twists.The experienced instructor can help you alter poses safely to make them effective for you or to work around injuries or limitations. Chairs are available as props for poses. This practice invites ease into your body and will leave you feeling clear minded and refreshed by 6pm Thursday nights. Dress comfortably for movement (stretchy, comfortable pants, t-shirt or comfortable top). Bring: Mat, small blanket or towel, 2 blocks, if you have them. Throughout the program, you will delve into the different aspects of working with ink, mastering the creation of depth, value, and texture. By incorporating techniques like stippling and hatching, you will not only sharpen your observational skills but also infuse your artwork with an extra layer of creativity.
