Gentle Yoga and Breath with Tori Norton Register View Cart

Slow down, stretch out and really breathe! 
This class will begin with some dynamic stretching then move to longer held poses, as the body opens up. The poses and breath work will release tension and stretch the soft tissue, so you'll leave feeling great. You will build strength, flexibility and balance and become familiarized with different styles of breath to induce relaxation and decrease anxiety. Poses will be clearly described and demonstrated. 
This class is an all levels class, including people who have no yoga experience. Tori is an experienced instructor who can alter poses to accommodate limitations or injuries. Chairs will be available for those who want them for balance, seated stretches or to elevate feet for savasana. Dress comfortably. Bring a mat and blanket (or towel) and 2 blocks if you have them.
